Operating successfully with a globally distributed team since 2017, Smile seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to drive business growth through paid marketing channels.

Role Objectives

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and sales for dental cover products via platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this full-time role requires at least 6 hours of overlap with Australian business hours (8 am-5 pm GMT+10).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search and social campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
• Create platform-specific ad creatives and detailed campaign plans.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns for ROI, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to align messaging and strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, manage bids, and optimise landing pages.
• Manage the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion.
• Develop lead generation strategies and track funnel metrics daily.
• Manage budgets effectively across campaigns and channels.
• Implement A/B testing for ads and bidding strategies.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Explore new advertising platforms and opportunities.
• Work with creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate with SEO and broader marketing teams for aligned strategies.

Key Performance Indicators

• Growth in dental cover sales month-on-month.
• ROI and customer lifetime value optimization.
• Cost per acquisition minimization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must have extensive experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid social platforms, with proven results. Strong analytical, strategic, and creative skills, a growth mindset, excellent English, and integrity are essential.
