Operating successfully with a globally distributed team since 2017, Smile seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to drive business growth through paid marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others.

The role reports to the Head of Marketing and involves full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with at least 6 hours of overlap between 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid search and social campaigns to increase member acquisition and retention.
• Create platform-specific ad creatives and detailed plans to drive revenue across channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise PPC campaigns for ROI, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition.
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align messaging and optimise campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, manage bids, ad copy, and landing page optimisation.
• Develop funnel strategies for lead generation and revenue growth.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and report insights.
• Manage budgets effectively across campaigns and channels.
• Implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Generate regular performance reports and insights.
• Explore new paid platforms and channels for growth.
• Communicate performance, updates, and insights to stakeholders.
