The Role

Role Objectives

This performance marketer role requires proven experience in driving growth using paid platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others. You will be responsible for increasing revenue and sales for Smile’s dental cover products, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working within the Retail and Corporate Dental Cover divisions. The role is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with at least 6 hours of overlap with 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search and social campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
• Create platform-specific ad creatives and optimize campaigns for ROI, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition.
• Collaborate with sales, design, content, and IT teams to align messaging and optimize the sales funnel.
• Manage budgets effectively across campaigns and channels.
• Implement A/B testing and develop hypotheses for continuous improvement.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Explore new advertising platforms and opportunities for growth.
• Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

• Growth in dental cover sales month-over-month.
