Job summary

Emma is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to own paid acquisition campaigns for a subscription app in London. You will scale high-performing creatives across Meta, TikTok, Google and other channels, while using data to drive decisions and improve ROI.

You will work in a fast-paced team, with opportunities to shape strategy, test innovative approaches, and collaborate across marketing to keep brand messaging aligned. This is an office-based role in London.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms (TikTok, Meta) with proven campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of digital data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, management, and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns and other relevant channels.
• Monitor performance and optimise campaigns using data and multiple A/B tests.
• Contribute to full-cycle creative production and data-driven decisions for further creative development.
• Ensure proper tracking, analysis, and reporting, and help automate campaign management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messages across channels.

About the role

Responsibilities:

• Own the design, management, and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns and other relevant channels, with a focus on scaling high-performing creative for a subscription app.
• Monitoring performance and continuously optimising campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests.
• Participating in full-cycle creative production and providing data-driven decisions about further creative development.
• Ensuring proper tracking, analysis, and reporting, as well as contributing to the automation of campaign management.
• Working with the broader marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages.

Who we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth startup environment, with a focus on paid social media.
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, particularly the Tiktok and Meta ecosystems, with a proven track record of successfully executed campaigns.
• An excellent understanding of digital data analytics.
