Job summary

Emma is seeking a partnerships/sales professional to drive outbound partnerships with affiliates and B2B organisations from our London office. You will scale the affiliate program, build a strong pipeline, and design campaigns to acquire more customers while maintaining rigorous tracking and reporting for performance.

This role focuses on financial wellbeing products and benefits partnerships. You should have 2+ years in outbound partnership/sales, proven ability to open new markets, strong data

Qualifications

• 2+ years in partnership/sales with high outbound activity.
• Experience opening up and maintaining relationships in a new market.
• Strong understanding of digital data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Be the outbound face of Emma creating partnerships with affiliates and B2B organisations.
• Scale Emma's affiliate program by forming direct partnerships with organisations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and opportunities.
• Design promotional campaigns across partners to acquire more customers.
• Lead Emma in the employee benefits space as a financial wellbeing app.
• Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messages.

• Lead Emma in the employee benefits space as a financial wellbeing app.
• Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Work with the broader marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages.

Who We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a partnership/sales with a large volume of outbounds in your role.
• Experience opening up and maintaining relationships in a new market.
• Experience of marketing mapping key individuals within organisations.
• Experience outbounding and onboarding affiliates.
• Go getter / hustler mentality.
• An excellent understanding of digital data analytics.
