Job summary

Emma is seeking a creative and motivated social media and content specialist to build and grow our vibrant fintech community. You’ll craft platform-specific content, engage with investors and customers, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive awareness, trust, and adoption of Emma’s products.

The role focuses on turning customers into brand advocates, developing engaging narratives, and capturing feedback to shape marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in content creation across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, podcasts, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or community management, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Express or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging, platform-specific content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Actively interact with our community of investors and customers, responding to comments, messages, and discussions to build meaningful relationships and ensure a positive brand presence.
• Work closely with the wider marketing and product teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Develop initiatives to turn our customers into brand advocates by highlighting their successes and creating opportunities for them to engage with the brand.
• Craft compelling narratives that highlight our brand values, the journey of our community, and the unique features of our products.
• Gather feedback and insights from the community to help inform marketing strategies and product improvements.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in content creation across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, podcasts, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or community management, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Express or Figma.
• Passion for fintech and an understanding of Emma's mission.
