Freddie’s Flowers is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive focused on paid social and affiliate growth. You will own day-to-day Meta advertising management, collaborate with the Senior PMM, and drive acquisition for gifting and subscriptions.

You’ll expand into new channels such as TikTok, display and Pinterest, coordinate with our in-house creative team, and use testing and analytics to inform future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Meta Ads Manager experience with creating, managing and optimising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in large datasets and advanced spreadsheets.
• Interest in AI to automate analysis and workflows.
• Proactive in monitoring performance and meeting weekly KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day delivery and optimisation of Meta campaigns for acquisition.
• Coordinate affiliate campaign delivery with agency and internal teams.
• Identify scale opportunities and implement optimisation recommendations.
• Analyse performance metrics to inform future campaigns.
