Job summary

Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join a leading independent performance marketing agency supporting B2B & B2C CPG brands. You will build, launch and optimise full-funnel Paid Social campaigns across Meta, with exposure to TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Collaborating with Creative, Analytics and Product teams, you will monitor budgets, test creative and audience strategies, and ensure measurement accuracy

Qualifications

• Hands-on Paid Social experience, including campaign builds, launches and optimisation.
• Strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and/or LinkedIn is advantageous
• Comfortable using GA4 and platform analytics to inform optimisation decisions
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, reporting and presentation skills
• Clear communicator with strong organisational skills and a data-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise Paid Social campaigns, primarily across Meta, with exposure to TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit
• Manage day-to-day campaign execution, pacing, budgets and performance monitoring
• Support creative testing, audience development and campaign optimisation
• Use platform analytics, GA4 and creative insights to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain campaign tracking, pixel/CAPI health and measurement accuracy
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product and senior Channel Leads to improve performance
• Document campaign learnings and contribute to testing, automation and continuous improvement
