Performance Marketing Executive (Email & Campaigns), Worcester

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Digital Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Executive at Worcester Bosch!

The Digital Marketing team at Worcester Bosch is responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support our customers with engaging content.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Driving our digital communications strategy, focusing on email marketing for engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion.
  2. Managing and optimizing campaign communication and user journeys to improve performance.
  3. Planning, creating, and optimizing targeted email campaigns, including automated workflows and newsletters.
  4. Supporting multi-channel campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
  5. Developing digital communication strategies aligned with customer journeys and business goals.
  6. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights to improve metrics like open rates, CTRs, and ROI.
  7. Collaborating with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling messaging and assets.
  8. Supporting wider marketing efforts including SEO, CRO, and affiliate marketing.
  9. Mapping and refining user journeys across channels and working with content creators to deliver personalized content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, especially email and performance channels.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with paid media, SEO, CRO, and affiliate marketing.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.
  • Proven success in managing campaigns.

Working Hours: 37 hours/week, Mon-Thu 08:30-17:00, Fri 08:30-16:30, with a 1-hour lunch.
