Our client is seeking a Conversational Commerce Campaign Manager to lead chat-based sales and engagement campaigns across digital channels such as web chat, apps, and WhatsApp for a leading global tech brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute chat campaigns supporting flagship product launches across Europe.
2. Collaborate with CRM, product, and content teams to develop proactive, personalized messaging.
3. Optimize chat scripts and sales flows to increase conversions and upselling opportunities.
4. Train chat agents using best-practice tools and insights.
5. Analyze performance data and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in digital chat or messaging campaigns (e.g., LivePerson, Sprinklr, Zendesk).
• Creative and data-driven mindset, with expertise in personalization and performance marketing.
