Our client is looking for a Conversational Commerce Campaign Manager to lead chat-based sales and engagement campaigns across key digital channels like web chat, apps, and WhatsApp for a leading global tech brand.
You’ll be the driving force behind chat marketing strategies across multiple European markets—helping shape engaging, personalised experiences that convert browsers into buyers. If you're passionate about digital, data, and consumer behaviour—and know how to blend creativity with commercial outcomes—this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and deliver chat campaigns that support flagship product launches across Europe
Work with CRM, product, and content teams to create proactive, personalised messaging
Optimise chat scripts and sales flows to drive conversions and upsell opportunities
Train chat agents with best-practice tools and insights
Analyse performance data and customer feedback to continuously improve
