Performance Marketing Campaign Manager

Our client is looking for a Conversational Commerce Campaign Manager to lead chat-based sales and engagement campaigns across key digital channels like web chat, apps, and WhatsApp for a leading global tech brand.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Plan and deliver chat campaigns supporting flagship product launches across Europe
  2. Collaborate with CRM, product, and content teams to create proactive, personalised messaging
  3. Optimise chat scripts and sales flows to drive conversions and upsell opportunities
  4. Train chat agents with best-practice tools and insights
  5. Analyse performance data and customer feedback for continuous improvement
Skills Needed:
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital chat or messaging campaigns (e.g., LivePerson, Sprinklr, Zendesk)
  • A creative and data-led mindset, with experience in personalisation and performance marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – collaboration with teams across European markets
