Frontier Developments plc in Cambridge is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to help bring our game launches to market. This hands-on role focuses on setting up paid media campaigns, writing advertising copy, and supporting go-to-market rollouts across digital platforms.

Working with a data-led team, you will learn from experts and contribute to measurable launch outcomes. The role offers hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the studio) and relocation support as part of an offer.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting paid media campaigns in an agency or in-house role.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messages to brands.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in campaign setup and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Performance Marketing Manager with planning, delivery and reporting of campaigns.
• Build paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, Google Ads and more.
• Create ad copy aligned with each brand's tone and audience.
• Assist in setting up tracking and website analytics with web teams.
• Coordinate with Finance on purchase orders and deadlines.
