Job summary

fonio.ai is expanding globally and seeks an ambitious Performance Marketing lead to own paid campaigns and scale them internationally from our Vienna HQ. You’ll manage large budgets, test systematically, and drive performance across markets.

You’ll own tracking and conversion setup, design new campaigns and landing pages, extract learnings, and collaborate with GTM managers to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience running international ad campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience managing large ad budgets with accountability.
• Strong English skills; German language skills are a plus.

Your Role

You own our paid campaigns and scale them internationally. You know how to handle huge budgets, test systematically, and drive performance across markets.

• Own tracking and conversion setup: Tag Manager, Search Console, offline uploads, and more

• Work closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers

Who We're Looking For

• You've run international ad campaigns across multiple channels and understand how markets differ

• You have experience managing large ad budgets and the accountability that comes with it

• Hardworking, analytical, structured, and a natural fit for a direct, ambitious culture

• Strong English skills, as English is our company language

• German skills are a big plus
