What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead performance analysis across business classes, schemes, and distribution channels.
• Drive strategic actions to support performance vs. forecast – including pricing, loss ratio, and combined operating ratio initiatives.
• Build and manage oversight frameworks with key outsourcing partners such as Markerstudy and MISL.
• Deliver insight to Board and Executive Committees via high-impact reporting and MI.
• Influence and support initiatives across customer experience, compliance, and product performance.
• Embed Consumer Duty principles throughout the performance strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing P&L in Personal or Commercial Lines insurance.
• Proven success in performance/portfolio management within insurance supply chains.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement.
• Degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
