Job summary

Mira, a leading women's health company, is hiring a Performance Copywriter to own top‑of‑funnel copy for paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests. You will move target consumers through the funnel with sharp, scannable writing and rigorous testing.

You will report to the Copy Lead and collaborate with a Lifecycle Copywriter as part of Mira's copy team, contributing high‑volume, conversion-focused content for a fast-growing startup dedicated to women's health.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a copywriter with hands-on paid social ad copy for a DTC e-commerce brand (in-house or at a performance agency)
• A portfolio with real ads (statics, hooks, scripts) and at least one landing page or product page that sells a product
• Comfortable with high volume: you regularly write multiple new ad concepts per week
• You've worked with test results: you can name a test, what won, and what you changed next
• Strong craft: short, specific, scroll-stopping headlines; scannable pages; nothing generic
• Good judgment on health claims: you know how to be persuasive without overpromising
• Native level of English proficiency
• Available full-time for one brand

Responsibilities

• Write paid social copy every week: static ads, hooks, captions, UGC briefs and video scripts for Meta and TikTok
• Write and iterate landing pages and product pages built to sell, for cold and warm audiences
• Bring fresh, non-obvious angles by studying what's working for top DTC brands and trending formats
• Work with Growth and E‑com on A/B tests: suggest hypotheses, write variants, learn from the results
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation and testing volume, while keeping every line sharp and human
• Write bold copy that stays compliant for medical-device and health products, before it reaches legal review

About The Position

We're hiring a Performance Copywriter (Women's Health) to own top-of-funnel copy — paid ads, landing pages, and CRO tests. Your job is to move our target consumers efficiently through the funnel, with sharp writing and constant testing.

We expect you to master headlines that stop the scroll and craft landing pages that turn cold traffic into believers – copy that's clear, scannable, bold, and compliant.

This seat reports to our Copy Lead and sits alongside a Lifecycle Copywriter as part of Mira's copy team.
