This remote role collaborates with the Head of Social to develop platform-native videos that feel native to the feed, not ads, and to write hooks and captions with strong pacing.

The role requires hands-on filming/editing, rapid trend spotting, and comfort appearing on camera.

Our at-home hormone monitor, the only FDA-compliant one on the market with quantitative testing, helps women understand their bodies at every life stage, from cycle health and family planning to menopause.

About The Position

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help grow Mira's presence across TikTok and Instagram Reels. Working directly with the Head of Social, you'll turn Social strategy and ideas into platform-native short-form content, owning the process from concept and filming through to editing and publishing. The ideal candidate is experienced in filming and editing short-form video independently, spotting and acting on trends fast, and writing hooks and stories that hold attention. This is a hands‑on creative role for someone who understands TikTok and Instagram culture, moves quickly and knows how to make content that feels native to the feed, not like an ad.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of TikTok, Reels and short‑form Social content you filmed and edited yourself
• 2+ years creating short‑form Social content for a brand, agency or your own channel
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends, formats and platform culture
• Confident using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro and/or Canva
• Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, storytelling and retention, plus good copywriting for captions and on‑screen text
• Able to move quickly from idea to published content; proactive and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus

• Experience in health, wellness, beauty or lifestyle Social
• Interest in women's health and hormones
• Understanding of Social analytics and how performance informs creative

Responsibilities

• Create TikTok and Instagram Reels from concept → filming → editing → publishing
• Own a consistent pipeline of original, platform‑native short‑form content for a primarily US audience
• Spot relevant trends, sounds, formats and conversations and turn them into Mira content quickly
• Develop repeatable Social series and creative formats
• Turn community comments, FAQs and conversations into reactive content and video replies
• Support day‑to‑day TikTok and Instagram community management, including comments and DMs
• Work with Mira's medical and science experts to keep health content accurate and compliant
• Track content performance and use learnings to improve future creative
• Join London content days with the Head of Social as needed
