Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Hatfield, England is seeking a Performance Manager to ensure full compliance across the client estate through effective service delivery by internal teams and subcontractors.

You will manage CAFM data, governance, and change control while supporting the Account Director and Finance & Contract Support Manager. Key duties include leading the contract support and helpdesk team, producing KPI reports, maintaining contract registers, and overseeing compliance governance with RAMS

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication across internal teams and clients.
• Proven leadership in performance and compliance management.
• Able to work independently with strong time management and accuracy.
• IT literate with CAFM systems, reporting tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract support and helpdesk teams delivering admin and contract duties.
• Provide daily/weekly KPI reporting to the Account Director.
• Maintain contract registers, trackers and compliance docs.
• Support PPM/governance, RAMS review and revenue opportunities.
• Manage WIP, debt and cost data; assist monthly financials.
• Train staff and ensure auditable records and processes.
