Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Performance and Data Manager within facilities management/construction.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Power Pivot, Office Scripts and Power Query.
• Excel mastery: pivots, trackers, tables, functions and calculations.
• Strong data analytics and ability to manipulate large data sets.
• Skilled in creating and sharing reports internally and externally.
• Proven ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Own operational data for the contract, stored in CAFM (Concept).
• Produce accurate performance reports for clients and colleagues.
• Partner with operational teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide client KPI reporting and mitigate failures.
• Bridge operations, service desk and client interfaces.
• Analyse data, provide commentary and present performance with actions.
• Ensure timely client reporting and flag risks and opportunities.

About The Role

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

OCS is seeking an experienced Performance and Data Manager to work on a high-profile public-sector contract. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of operational performance and accurate reporting.

This role will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day running and overall success of a large FM contract.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Ownership of operational data for the contract, held in the CAFM system (Concept).
• Accurate performance reporting, producing reports for clients and colleagues.
• Business partnering with operational teams to drive continuous performance improvement.
• Client KPI reporting, including mitigation of failures where appropriate.
• Acting as the bridge between operations, the service desk and the client.
• Analyse data, provide commentary and present performance to key stakeholders, suggesting actions for improvement.
• Ensure the timely provision of client reports.
• Assess, record and advise managers on risks and opportunities that may influence performance.

The successful candidate will be able to manage a complex workload and multiple stakeholder relationships (this is a client facing role).

The tasks outlined above highlight key responsibilities but are not exhaustive. The scope of this role is varied and will involve providing support to the OCS operations team.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Performance and Data Manager within facilities management/construction
• Power BI, Power Pivot, Office Scripts and Power Query
• Strong Microsoft Excel competency - pivots, trackers, tables, functions, calculations.
• Excellent skill level in data analytics and manipulating large data sets.
• Skilled in report generation to be shared both internally and externally.
• Proven experience of being capable of communicating with a multitude of stakeholders internally and external (both verbally and written)

Qualifications

• A relevant Higher Education qualification is desirable
