Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, collaborative relationships across the IMEA Business Unit, ensuring stakeholders are supported with impactful insights.
• Lead the development of performance analytics that are clear, creative and action-oriented.
• Proactively spot opportunities and risks within business performance to support decision making.
• Provide expert consultancy and analytical guidance to key business leaders across the region.
• Improve access to meaningful data by collaborating with analytics, commercial and operational teams across IHG.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, ideally within a global or matrixed organisation.
• A natural storyteller, confident translating complex data into clear, compelling insight.
• Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Excel and SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a bonus.
• Solid understanding of the hospitality or travel sector, and the challenges it presents.
• A strategic problem solver who uses data as a catalyst for change and innovation.
