We seek a proactive and technically skilled Data & Analytics Manager to lead a growing analytics team within the Asset Finance sector. This role combines leadership and hands-on data work — ideal for someone who enjoys managing a team but is also comfortable engaging directly with data tasks such as modeling, dashboards, and reporting.

Role responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 4 data analysts, setting priorities, mentoring, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Contribute directly to data solutions, including building dashboards, writing complex SQL queries, and developing data models.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design scalable data architectures, focusing on dimensional modeling and best practices.
• Work with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data products — from scoping and development to deployment and iteration.
• Have solid experience in data analytics and team leadership within financial services or finance functions.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau, capable of creating efficient and insightful dashboards.
• Experience in dimensional data modeling and working with structured data environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
