Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited is offering an internship at the Broughton site in North Wales. You will work with the Head of Performance Management, coordinating projects and gaining experience across performance, risk, supply chain and quality.

Open to undergraduates, the 12.5‑month placement offers hybrid working, 35 hours per week, and initial support for developing a personal leadership plan.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree in Business, Management, IT, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Knowledge in data analysis.
• Open minded and able to work with international teams.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and collaborate with international stakeholders under Head of Performance Management.
• Gain practical experience across Performance, Risk, and Supply Chain areas.
• Support data-driven reporting for senior management reviews.
