Schroders UK is looking for a skilled Performance Analyst for a 4-6 month contract in London. The role includes supporting a crucial upgrade of the FactSet B-One performance application by reconciling positions and transactions across legacy and target systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in investment performance measurement, advanced analytical skills, and hands-on experience with data validation and system migrations. The position offers a challenging opportunity to work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in investment performance measurement and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with data validation and system migrations.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed reconciliation of holdings, transactions, and performance outputs.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies within defined tolerances.
• Support UAT and regression testing for system migration.
