Job summary

Schroders UK is looking for a skilled Performance Analyst for a 4-6 month contract in London. The role includes supporting a crucial upgrade of the FactSet B-One performance application by reconciling positions and transactions across legacy and target systems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in investment performance measurement and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with data validation and system migrations.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed reconciliation of holdings, transactions, and performance outputs.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies within defined tolerances.
• Support UAT and regression testing for system migration.
