Responsibilities

• Analyse and report on trading and psychometric performance data
• Identify trends and support performance improvement strategies
• Build clear, actionable dashboards and reports
• Coordinate and maintain performance tracking systems
• Support internal development and performance initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Sports Psychology, or related field
• 1–2 years in data analysis or research within a high-performance environment (e.g. elite sports)
• Strong statistical, research, and reporting skills
