GTR in London is seeking a Performance Analyst to provide meaningful insight, analysis and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners. You will drive performance improvement through reporting, identify key trends and forecast metrics using statistical techniques and validate benefits realization. Proficiency with Power BI and advanced Excel is essential.

Rail sector experience is desirable; we value diverse applicants and welcome discussions with candidates from all backgrounds.

Qualificações

• Experience in an analytical role or education in mathematics, computer science or equivalent.
• Proven experience with Power BI and data modelling.
• Forecasting and data trend analysis; advanced Excel knowledge.

An exciting opportunity to recruit a Performance Analyst based at Monument Place

We are looking for someone who can provide meaningful insight, analysis and reports for all GTR stakeholders and external partners. To drive performance improvement through providing and improving reports, identification and analysis of key trends. Use of statistical techniques to forecast performance metrics, and measure predicted improvements and benefits realisation.

The job requires the following blend of experience/knowledge, skills and behaviours (all are essential, unless otherwise shown):

• Existing experience in an analytical role or education. Mathematics, computer science or equivalent A-Level or above desirable but not essential with experience
• Proven experience in the use of Power BI (or equivalent), with demonstrated working knowledge of data modelling structure, techniques and data relationships
• Proven experience in the presentation of insight and intelligence, with a focus on analysis of data and trends
• Advanced Excel experience, including knowledge of data analytic techniques including target setting and forecasting
• Rail experience is desirable
