Spark Foundry in the UK is hiring a Performance Account Manager to drive performance-driven media strategies for ASDA and George (Fashion), partnering with planning, investment and digital media specialists to deliver measurable growth.

You'll lead day-to-day planning, coordinate cross-functional activity, and build trusted client relationships while turning data and insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in media planning or performance marketing.
• Understanding paid social, search, affiliates and programmatic channels.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail in plans, reports and presentations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Confidence collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day planning process, ensuring briefs, campaign plans and deliverables are accurate, aligned to objectives and delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate performance media activity across specialist teams to support integrated digital campaigns that drive client growth.
• Manage financial processes including billing and reconciliation, maintaining accuracy and timely delivery throughout campaign lifecycles.
• Run client status meetings and reporting sessions, presenting performance updates in a clear and actionable way.
• Support campaign analysis by working with channel specialists to identify insights, opportunities and recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, becoming a valued point of contact for day-to-day performance activity.
• Coach and support junior team members, helping them develop their skills, confidence and effectiveness.
