Spark Foundry is hiring a Performance Planning Manager to drive multi-channel planning and performance across a leading financial services client. You’ll bridge brand and activation, translating insights into action to meet business goals.

In this role you’ll partner with planning and activation teams, shape growth-focused strategies, and present clear recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or similar performance-led sector.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing channels.
• Ability to interpret briefs into structured, insight-led plans.
• Confident in explaining channel choices to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with evolving priorities and deadlines.
• Continuous learning, problem-solving mindset to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance planning across paid media channels aligned to business objectives.
• Translate briefs into actionable media plans with budgets and allocations.
• Collaborate with planning and activation to connect brand strategy with performance.
• Contribute to growth engine approach and evaluate activity for better outcomes.
• Synthesize insights across social, PPC, and programmatic channels for planning decisions.
• Create clear client-facing presentations explaining strategy and impact.
• Manage client communications, setting expectations amid changing priorities.
