A leading insurance company is seeking a People Transformation and Operational Excellence Lead in Bournemouth. You will lead transformational change to enhance the People & Culture function, utilizing Agile and Design Thinking methodologies. The position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive salary of approximately £65,500 annually, as well as a range of flexible benefits and career development opportunities.
Join our People and Culture Team as a People Transformation and Operational Excellence Lead.
In this role, you will lead transformational change to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the People & Culture function. You\'ll design and implement sustainable solutions, manage projects using methodologies like Agile, and work closely with business leaders and stakeholders.
You will drive key initiatives, facilitate team collaboration, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of change activities that enhance employee experience and support strategic goals.
This is a hybrid role based in one of the following offices: Bournemouth, Birmingham, Bristol, Guildford, London, or Manchester, with the expectation to be on-site two days per week.
Pay: Circa £65,500 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
