Innserve Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a People Team Coordinator for a hybrid, full-time role (35 hours/week) with a fixed-term contract up to 12 months. Your typical day as a People Team Coordinator:
You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People Team, specifically the People Partnering, Resource & Talent Acquisition and Pay & Benefits functions. This position is responsible for administrating the full employee lifecycle processes. This may include (but not limited to): Starters, Leavers, employee changes administration, benefits portal management, maintaining and triaging shared email inboxes/ticketing system to ensure timely and effective communication, responding to first line support queries, creating and maintaining HRIS systems and process trackers.
You will provide excellent customer service to our internal colleagues across the full range of HR activity. You will also support the Resource & Talent Acquisition function with administrative tasks through management of ATS systems, interview and selection processes, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new colleagues joining Innserve.
