Job summary

The Wellcome Trust, a global charitable foundation, seeks a Product Manager (People Systems) to lead the development and maintenance of HR systems, notably Workday, and to drive the People Systems strategy. You will manage the system roadmap, oversee configurations, and ensure secure data and effective upgrades across modules including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruitment, and UK Payroll.

You will work with People teams and external providers to optimise functionality and user experience

Qualifications

Experience developing and owning a People Systems strategy.
Extensive Workday experience including modules, configuration, security and reporting.
Proven ability to deliver projects to tight deadlines.
Ability to lead and develop people (preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the People Systems strategy to underpin the People Strategy.
Manage the People Systems roadmap, allocate resources and oversee changes.
Lead configurations across Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruitment, Learning, UK Payroll, Performance and Talent.
Oversee day-to-day management of People Systems, resolve issues and maintain data security controls.
Collaborate with product owners to maximise functionality and user experience.
Manage relationships with system providers for performance and service.
Lead the People Systems team and support staff development.
