Job summary

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority seeks an experienced Systems and MI Lead to drive development and optimisation of HCM systems and employee self-service platforms. You will ensure data quality, oversee integrations, and produce management information to support informed decisions across the organisation.

Qualifications

Significant experience managing HCM/HRIS/ERP workforce systems (preferably MHR iTrent)
Ability to produce and present complex workforce data and MI to stakeholders
Experience leading system implementations, data interfaces, upgrades and integrations

Responsibilities

Lead development and optimisation of HCM systems and employee self-service platforms
Maintain high data quality, oversee integrations and produce insightful management information
