Job summary

Inspire Education Group is offering a Data Analyst (Level 4) apprenticeship within our People Systems & Analytics team. You will gain hands-on experience supporting workforce data, reporting and BI activities across our education group.

Working alongside experts, you will perform system administration tasks, build dashboards, analyze absence, turnover and demographics, and contribute to process improvements while training over two years.

Qualifications

• Essential GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
• Interest in data analytics and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of our HR and people systems.
• Assist in producing workforce reports and dashboards.
• Help analyse key people data such as absence, staff turnover and workforce demographics.
• Support data quality and accuracy checks.
• Respond to routine system queries and provide user support.
• Assist with creating guidance materials and training resources.
• Contribute to projects that improve systems, reporting and business processes.
