Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the People plan for a major contract. You will work with operational management teams on ER cases, recruitment, onboarding, culture and engagement.

• HR Professional with experience in a commercially focussed environment.
• Ability to deal with high volume and fast paced Business and re-prioritise regularly.
• Preferably CIPD qualified.

Responsabilidades

• Create and deliver the People Plan for the contract by gaining leadership buy in.
• Monitor and manage ER cases and liaise with the ER team to progress cases.
• Coach, mentor, and train managers on core HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Drive Mitie values and support on improving cultural behaviours on sites.
• Promote and embed performance management culture across the contract, including adherence to the Mitie performance management system.
