Job summary

EBRD is seeking an HR Analyst to support PS&A in London, delivering high-quality case administration and data insights across staff health, absence management and employee relations. You will help sustain effective people practices and contribute to strategic HR initiatives through robust data and reporting.

You will partner with HR leaders to analyse trends, produce management information and maintain accurate records in HR systems, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with bank

Qualifications

• Experience supporting employee relations, staff health, wellbeing, absence management or HR advisory processes.
• Good understanding of HR policies and guidelines.
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to team success.
• Effective prioritisation, organisation and ownership of work.
• Sound judgement with the ability to recognise when escalation is required.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and deliver insight.
• Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide operationally excellent case management support across staff health, absence management and employee relations activities.
• Produce accurate people data, analysis and management information.
• Identify operational issues, analyse data and trends and implement practical solutions.
• Support strategic people initiatives, transformation programmes and system enhancements.
• Coordinate health referrals and manage case documentation and timelines.
• Develop clear data visualisations in Excel and PowerPoint.
