This is a pivotal role within the People & Culture team, ensuring operational excellence in HR systems, contracts, onboarding, compliance, and employee experience.

You’ll be managing a small UK-based team while collaborating with global HR colleagues and leaders to provide consistent, service-focused support across a diverse international workforce.

This role offers the chance to combine your HR expertise with a commitment to faith-based global justice and mission-driven work.
