Location and Hours: Leonard Street, Shoreditch, London, EC2A 4QS - Monday - Friday - 09:00am - 17:30pm (hybrid working)

Job Description: We are seeking a People Services Coordinator (HR) who is enthusiastic, solution-orientated and applies a people-focused lens to everything they do!

This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit an experienced HR administrator looking to broaden their knowledge across a range of HR activities. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR, line managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all administrative queries.

We are a fast growing company, so we are looking for someone who can be hands on and happy to adapt to the changing needs of the business (no day is the same here at ESUK!)

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Manage ER Cases
  • Note taking for investigations and disciplinaries
  • Assist in the management of the HR mailbox
  • Overseeing cases of extended illness or long term sick leave
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme
  • Full training provided
