Our team seeks a Coordinator, HR to join the HR Services Team and take ownership of the following responsibilities:

  1. Draft employment-related letters such as offer letters, transfer letters, and termination letters.
  2. Assist with employee onboarding, including background screening, pre-hire setups, and orientation facilitation.
  3. Respond to general employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits via a ticketing system.
  4. Process employee lifecycle transactions using the Workday HRIS system.
  5. Support HR operations projects and reporting tasks.

Your experience and education
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  • Experience in providing outstanding client service and teamwork.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong PC skills and experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with centralized ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.
