Southdown is the largest not-for-profit provider of care, support, and housing in Sussex. Based in East Sussex, Lewes, we are seeking a People Services Administrator to join our HR and Training team and help deliver smooth People processes across recruitment, onboarding, absence management, training and employee relations.
The role is 37 hours per week, hybrid with two days in Lewes, and offers a friendly environment with our in-house training and development opportunities.

As a People Services Administrator you will be joining a team providing administration support for all things People related including recruitment and onboarding, absence management, training, employee relations and offboarding. You will play a key role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly and efficiently.
This is an exciting time to join Southdown as we continue to develop and improve our People Services function, including the introduction of a new HR ticketing system. We welcome applications from those with experience in roles such as Human Resources Administrator, Recruitment Administrator, Onboarding Administrator, Recruitment and HR administrator, HR Coordinator, ER Administrator, HR Services Administrator.
This role is 37 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, and Friday, 9.00am to 4.30pm. The position is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of two days per week in our Lewes office.
