Job summary

Class One Traffic Management Limited, based in Bonnybridge, Scotland, seeks an experienced HR & Payroll Manager to lead our People function and payroll delivery across Scotland and Northern Ireland. This is an office-based role five days a week with occasional site travel.

You will manage a small team, ensure legal compliance, and align payroll practices with Group governance. CIPD-qualified candidates are preferred, and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR generalist, HR Manager or combined HR and payroll role.
• Sound knowledge of employment law in Scotland with Northern Ireland knowledge or ability to build it quickly.
• Hands-on payroll management experience, including validation of timesheets and statutory payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted People advice to leaders across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
• Lead a team of 4 Payroll, HR and recruitment professionals in the Bonnybridge office.
• Oversee end-to-end fortnightly payroll delivery and payroll controls with Finance.
