Job summary

Class One Traffic Management, part of Ramudden Global UK, is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Manager based in Bonnybridge, Scotland. You will lead a small HR/payroll team, ensure timely payroll delivery and compliance, and work closely with Finance and the Group People function.

The role requires strong HR generalist experience, expert knowledge of Scottish employment law, and a hands-on approach to payroll, pensions, and statutory payments across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR generalist/manager role.
• Expertise in employee relations and employment law for Scotland and NI.
• Hands-on payroll management including pensions and statutory payments.
• Advising managers across multi-site operations.
• Experience with HR/payroll systems and producing workforce reports.
• Willingness to be based in Bonnybridge five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR and payroll leadership across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
• Lead a team of payroll/HR professionals in the Bonnybridge office.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll delivery and payroll controls.
• Coordinate with Finance on payroll reconciliations and month-end reporting.
• Contribute to policy development and governance with Group teams.
