Costa Coffee is seeking a People Partner for the UK&I Support Centre. You will partner with senior leaders to build engagement, capability and performance that aligns with Costa’s long-term ambitions.

You’ll shape strategy, drive talent development and lead people processes across a high-performing, diverse organisation with a commitment to inclusion and growth. Flexible working is offered as the team blends home and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experienced People Partner or HR generalist in large, complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior People Partner and provide proactive people advice to senior leaders.
• Own and drive end-to-end core people cycles for Support Centre teams, including engagement surveys and pay & reward processes.
• Collaborate with People centres of excellence and Shared Services for consistency and improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear priorities across engagement, capability, succession and talent planning.
• Coach senior leaders and support high-risk employee relations in partnership with Shared Services.
