Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced People Partner / HR Manager for a new Doncaster site. You will partner with site leadership, provide ER expertise, and help shape a high-performing, engaging workplace from day one.

You will bring broad HR knowledge with strong Employee Relations experience in a warehousing/logistics environment, advising leaders and managing complex ER cases while embedding people practices across the operation.

Qualifications

• Broad HR knowledge with a strong Employee Relations specialism.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics or fast-paced operational environments preferred.
• Able to partner with site leadership and coach managers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site Operations and HR teams to deliver the People Strategy.
• Advise on complex ER matters and employee relations coaching.
• Support performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
