Maersk is seeking an experienced People Advisor for our new Doncaster operation. You will deliver practical HR guidance to managers and employees across the lifecycle in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Work closely with operational teams, manage HR processes in Workday/ServiceNow, and support onboarding, performance management, job moves and exits. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Broad generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience advising managers on people-related matters and processes.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support warehouse/operational managers with people needs and HR support.
• Guide managers on absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes.
