Maersk is seeking an experienced People Partner / HR Manager for our new Doncaster operation. You will partner with site leadership to deliver a proactive HR service, covering employee relations, performance, engagement and change initiatives in a fast-paced warehousing environment.

You will combine broad HR expertise with a strong ER specialism, coaching leaders and guiding them through complex cases while ensuring UK employment compliance and effective people practices for the new site.

Qualifications

• Broad HR knowledge with ER specialism.
• Experience in warehousing/logistics environment desirable.
• Strong English communication and advisory capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with site Operations, HRBP and People Advisory teams to deliver the People Strategy.
• Advise on Employee Relations, including complex and sensitive cases.
• Support leaders through absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Coach managers to build capability in managing people matters.
• Drive local HR activities and embedding HR policies at the Doncaster operation.
• Ensure alignment with UK employment legislation and company policies.
• Support TUPE activity where required.
• Utilise people data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver HR training and coaching sessions for leaders and staff.
