Job summary

Maersk is launching a new Doncaster operation and seeks an experienced People Partner/HR Manager to join the UK HR team on site. The role focuses on Employee Relations within a fast-paced, warehousing environment and requires strong advisory capability to leaders across the site.

As a hands-on partner to the leadership team, you will help shape people practices, coach managers and drive HR processes while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and Maersk policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, especially in fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong generalist HR experience with advisory capability.
• Ability to partner with leaders and drive the people agenda across a new site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site Operations, HR Business Partners and People Advisory teams to deliver the People Strategy.
• Build relationships with leaders and teams, providing trusted advice on people-related matters.
• Provide expert guidance on Employee Relations, including complex cases and absence/performance matters.
• Support organisational change and transformation, and drive the annual HR cycle locally.
