Maersk in Doncaster is seeking an experienced People Advisor to provide practical HR guidance across the employee lifecycle within a fast-paced warehouse operation. You will partner with warehouse and operational teams to support managers and employees with HR policies and processes.

You will coach managers on absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases, manage HR queries, and help maintain accurate records using Workday and ServiceNow.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehousing, logistics or fast-paced operational environments is desirable.
• Broad generalist HR experience with ability to advise across people matters.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with professional judgement.

Aufgaben

• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and people-related matters.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operational managers to understand people needs and provide practical HR support.
• Coach managers on absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, moves and exits.
• Manage HR queries and work with the People Function to deliver solutions.
• Ensure accurate HR records and use HRIS systems effectively.
• Contribute to the delivery of people processes and activities at the site.
