What You'll Do
This senior, strategic People Partner role involves working with senior leaders across our People, Corporate Affairs, and Corporate Services divisions as a trusted advisor and business partner. You will support the execution of functional people plans and ensure the right expertise from our Centres of Excellence is engaged to solve business challenges.
You’ll act as a Change Agent, leading change initiatives related to restructures, business transformations, and cultural/behavioral change among leaders. Using data and insights, you will support decision-making and measure the impact of changes. Your role is vital for driving business performance and ensuring organizational capabilities align with success.
As a People Partner, you’ll promote our culture, enable performance, coach managers, and deliver tangible ROI by building capability, maximizing capacity, and ensuring cost efficiency to meet customer and shareholder expectations.
With your commercial acumen, you’ll make strategic decisions that add value to the customer and impact business outcomes positively.
