Mission statement

As a People Partner at Keyrock, you will provide strategic partnership and guidance to business leaders while acting as a bridge between the HR team and business units. Your role is crucial in maximising productivity, engagement, and output through effective human capital management in our fast-paced digital assets algorithmic trading environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive People guidance and support to assigned business areas, with particular focus on trading and technology teams
  2. Partner with leaders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives
  3. Drive organisational effectiveness through workforce planning, succession management, and performance optimisation
  4. Manage employee relations and facilitate resolution of complex personnel matters
  5. Collaborate with other People sub-teams (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Program Management) on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
  6. Develop and implement People policies and processes that support our trading operations and regulatory compliance requirements
  7. Provide data-driven insights and metrics to support business decision-making
Background And Experiences
  1. 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role
  2. Experience supporting high-performance teams in financial services, trading, or financial technology sectors
  3. Strong understanding of compensation structures and practices in trading and financial infrastructure environments
  4. Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services
  5. Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
  6. Excellence in stakeholder management and communication across diverse, global teams
  7. Strong business acumen and understanding of trading/quantitative talent management
  8. Experience managing People programs in hybrid/remote work environments
  9. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  10. Track record of effectively utilising technology and AI tools for work and productivity is a strong plus
  11. Strong track record of navigating either EU, UK or Switzerland labour regulations and practices will be considered a significant advantage.

Being based between GMT -1 to GMT +3 is a requirement.
