Maersk is seeking a People Partner/HR Manager to lead the local people team at a designated site in the United Kingdom. You will coach and support site leadership through business transformation, engaging with stakeholders and applying a broad HR toolbox.
Based on a site-based role, you will partner with HRBPs and operations to deliver the People Strategy, manage the annual HR Cycle, and ensure compliant employment practices while fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace.

The People Partner/HR Manager role is characterised by variety and you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the business in your designated site while leading the local people team. You will work in a dynamic environment, drawing on your broad HR toolbox to coach and support site leadership teams through a time of great business transformation. Your daily job will be to engage with different stakeholders and use your wide breadth of HR knowledge to support local leaders on a range of people matters and policies.

This role is site based, 5 days per week.
Salary is Circa £55k plus benefits per annum.
