Job summary

Relay is seeking a People Operations Associate on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the United Kingdom. You will own onboarding and offboarding, manage visas and sponsorship, and be the first point of contact for everyday HR queries.

You’ll maintain accurate HRIS data and coordinate hiring logistics to deliver a smooth candidate experience. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in HR or People Ops, thrive in a fast-growing environment, and excel at ensuring data accuracy and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for new hires.
• Own visa and immigration programme and supported sponsorship.
• Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries.
• Keep HRIS accurate and data clean for informed decisions.
• Coordinate talent acquisition logistics from case study to onsite interviews.
• Drive process improvements to make People Ops smarter and scalable.
